The Enterprise Risk Management framework, which forms part of the REIT’s System of Management Controls, provides a holistic and systematic approach to risk management. It outlines the reporting structure, monitoring mechanisms, specific risk management processes and tools, as well as Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT’s policies and limits in addressing and managing key risks identified.
