The Manager is committed to minimising greenhouse gas emissions, optimising energy consumption and adopting sound water management practices. Where possible, the Manager aligns with external standards such as the US Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification and the US Environmental Protection Agency's ENERGY STAR® programme for its properties.
