Corporate Governance

The board and the Manager of Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT are fully committed to good corporate governance as they firmly believe that it is essential in protecting the interests of the Unitholders. The Manager adopts the Code of Corporate Governance 2018 as its benchmark for corporate governance policies and practices.

The Manager references Keppel's Code of Conduct which sets out the principles of conduct that guides directors and employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to the highest standards of personal and corporate integrity when dealing with competitors, customers, suppliers, other employees and key stakeholders.
